4. Pricing and Payment

The following terms apply to pricing and payments:

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change based on current gold rates and market fluctuations.
• Prices shown include making charges but exclude taxes, duties, or delivery fees unless specified.
• Payments can be made securely through our approved payment gateways.
• By placing an order, you authorize us to process payment through your selected payment method.
• Orders once placed for customized jewellery cannot be cancelled or modified after processing begins.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your order safely and on time. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

• Standard orders (no alterations): 4 working days (1 day processing + 3 days shipping).
• Orders with alterations: 5 working days (2 days alterations + 3 days shipping).
• Working days: Sundays and national holidays are excluded.
• Domestic shipping: DTDC across India.
• Charges: Free shipping on domestic orders above 1000; international charges depend on weight and destination.
• Disclaimer: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or disruptions (weather, strikes, public holidays).

6. Exchange, Returns and Refunds

Our exchange and refund rules are governed by our Exchange & Return Policy.

• We offer exchange only on eligible products — no returns or refunds.
• Exchanges are accepted only for size issues and only if the product has not been altered.
• Exchange request window: within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Altered items and sale/discount/offer items are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchange courier charges are to be borne by the customer.
• If you receive a damaged/defective/wrong item, a full refund will be issued upon verification.

7. Cancellation Policy

At Queens Collection, all orders are processed immediately upon confirmation to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. As a result, we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

If you wish to update details such as address, size, or contact information, please reach out to our team within 6 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate the request — provided the order has not been dispatched.

Queens Collection reserves the right to cancel an order in the rare event of stock unavailability, quality concerns, or operational limitations. In such cases, the customer will be informed, and a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.

8. Video Call Orders Policy

Orders placed via video call are treated as confirmed at the time of booking. Once an order is placed during a video call, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of live inventory and high demand, we are unable to hold or reserve items shown during video consultations. All products remain available for purchase to other customers until full payment is received. We encourage prompt decision-making to avoid disappointment.

Products purchased via video call will be eligible for return or refund only in the event of a manufacturing defect, subject to verification and our Exchange & Return Policy guidelines.

Accessories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. We request customers to make video call purchases thoughtfully, as these are considered final sale transactions.
