• You may exchange your item for another product of equal value. If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid by the customer.

Product Condition

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Tags and labels must be intact.
• The item must be free of damage, stains, or perfume.

Tailored Items

• Alterations are not eligible for exchange.
• All measurements for alterations are confirmed with the customer.
• Once altered, the product becomes custom-made and cannot be resold.

Shipping Charges

• Exchange courier charges are to be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we sincerely apologize.
• We will issue a full refund to your original payment method upon verification.

Refund Timeline

Once your return or damaged product request is approved by our Returns Team, your refund will be:

• Initiated within 48 hours
• Credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider
