At Queens Collection, we are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.


Here are some details about our shipping policy:

  • We process and ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them, except on Sundays and public holidays.
  • We use reputed courier services like Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, etc. to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.
  • We provide you with a tracking number and link once your order is shipped, so you can track its status online.
  • We usually deliver orders within 3-7 working days, depending on your location and the availability of the product.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999. For orders below that, we charge a flat rate of Rs. 100.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details of your package. You can also track your order status on our website by logging into your account and clicking on “My Orders”.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 96425 32132 or email us at with your order number and a picture of the product. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and availability of the product.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order before it is shipped by contacting us at +91 96425 32132 or email us at with your order number and request. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel or change it.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags intact. You can choose to get a refund or a store credit for the same amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Please note that products bought during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
