Exchange Policy

Exchanges are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). Queens Collection will be able to exchange any online sales purchased at www.queenscollection.in subject to the following conditions. Products can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Process & Return Intimation

You can either contact number Toll free 9666112132/9177352132/04066662132 or Email us at queenscollection.in@gmail.com within 2 days from the date of delivery. We offer 2 types of exchange:

1) Exchange at Store - We would assist you appropriately with a store conveniently located once your intimation mail is received.

2) Online Exchange - The details of the Exchange (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Exchange) should be shared with the Customer Support Team by email after the intimation mail. We request the customers to kindly follow the below process for exchanging the products online.

2) A new purchase should be done. Once the New purchase is made, kindly mail us your order details along with shipment details of the existing piece which you want to exchange at queenscollection.in

3) Once the product is received at our end, it will go through an internal quality check. During the quality check we will see if the product is unused.

4) After the product is verified, we will ensure the refund is done as per the defined TAT.

Term & Conditions:

1) The Product for exchange should be fresh, unused with the tag would be inspected by the team.

2) Exchanges are allowed with same or different products of same price or higher.

3) Exchange at store is only valid for customers at hyderabad store.

1) Refund request for cancellation needs to be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

2) Request to be made by sending us an email on queenscollection.ingmail.com or contact number 9666112132/9177352132

3) We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account or googlepay or phonepe, used for order payment, between 10-14 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
